Community Health Worker (CHW) Training
About the Program
The Recovery Training Institute (RTI), in partnership with MiCHWA, offers Community
Health Worker (CHW) training opportunities designed to support individuals interested in
serving, educating, and advocating within their communities.
Our CHW training helps prepare individuals for careers that support community wellness,
behavioral health, outreach, advocacy, and care coordination.
CHW trainings are currently offered on a limited basis, approximately once per year. We are not currently accepting applications. Individuals interested in future CHW training opportunities are encouraged to join the RTI Training Opportunities Update List to receive updates regarding:
